# Analytics

> Revenue, refunds, recurring revenue and new business — measured on your own order data.

<Note>
  Analytics is available on the **Pro** plan. See [Billing and plans](/billing).
</Note>

The analytics dashboard is the landing page of your admin panel. It reports on the orders and
subscriptions in your store, across every gateway you've connected — one view instead of three
dashboards.

## What's measured

| Metric                            | What it counts                                                       |
| --------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **New orders** | Orders created in the period |
| **All revenue** | Everything charged, before refunds |
| **Net revenue** | Revenue after refunds |
| **Refunds**                       | Number of refunds                                                    |
| **Refunded amount**               | Money returned                                                       |
| **Subscription renewals revenue** | The part of revenue that came from renewals rather than new business |
| **Monthly recurring revenue** | MRR from active subscriptions |
| **Annual recurring revenue** | ARR — MRR annualised |
| **New subscriptions** | Subscriptions that started in the period |

## Periods and comparison

Pick **Today**, **This week**, **This month**, **This year**, **All time**, or a custom date
range. Each chart plots the chosen period against the one before it, so you can see whether a
number is moving.

**All time** starts from your first order — including [imported](/import) history, so a store
that backfilled five years of Lemon Squeezy sales sees all five.

## Currency

Amounts are shown in your store's **reporting currency**, set on [Settings](/settings/store). If
you sell in several currencies, this is what everything is converted into for the charts.

<Note>
  Reporting currency affects analytics only. Orders keep the currency they were actually charged
  in, and that's what customers see.
</Note>

## What analytics is not

* It doesn't replace your gateway's payout, tax or fee reporting — Keyplar never sees fees or
  payouts
* It doesn't track download counts, license activations or portal usage
* It has no retention limit: the full history is always available, however far back it goes
