Customers lists everyone with an account in your store — people who bought, people who were invited, and people whose accounts were created from an order before they ever signed in.

How accounts get created

Keyplar creates a customer account the first time it sees an email address, whether that’s from a purchase or a sign-in. There’s no separate “register” step for buyers:
1

Someone buys

Keyplar records the order and creates an account for the buyer’s email, with no password and no login method attached.
2

They sign in later

A magic link, Google or GitHub sign-in with that same address claims the existing account — orders and everything else already waiting for them.
Identity is the email address. Someone who buys with a work address and signs in with a personal one has two separate accounts, each holding its own orders.

What a customer page shows

  • Their orders, subscriptions and licenses
  • Their active sessions
  • Their role in your store
  • The support actions below

Help a customer who can’t sign in

Use Account access link. It generates a URL that signs them into their full portal — every order, every benefit — good for 24 hours. Keyplar doesn’t email it. Copy it and send it through whatever support channel you’re already talking to them on.
This is the fix for the common cases: a corporate mail filter eating sign-in links, a typo’d address, an old inbox they can’t reach any more. It’s a session, not a password reset — they can set a password from Account once they’re in.
If they only need one specific order, the 1-hour signed order link is the narrower tool.

Impersonate

Opens the portal as that customer, so you can see exactly what they see. A banner stays on screen the whole time with a way out. You can’t impersonate yourself, and you can’t impersonate another admin.
Impersonation shows you the customer’s account, including their license keys and download links. Use it to diagnose, not to browse.

Ban

Blocks sign-in and revokes the account’s active sessions. Orders and granted benefits are left alone — a ban stops someone getting in, it doesn’t erase what they bought. Unbanning restores access.

Roles

The customer page is also where you see whether someone is an admin of your store. Granting and removing admin access is done from Team, which enforces your plan’s seat limit and stops you removing the last admin. Admins and customers share one accounts table: an admin who buys something is just an order owner on the same account. Removing someone’s admin access keeps their account, orders and benefits intact.

Customer-initiated deletion

Customers can delete their own account from Account in the portal. See Data and privacy for exactly what’s destroyed, what’s retained for your accounting obligations, and why an account with a live subscription can’t be deleted.
